A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the development and implementation of outdoor warning siren activation protocol, including the establishment of an advisory committee. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1.
