A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the distribution of hookahs; creating a criminal offense. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Chapter 161, Health and Safety Code, is amended by adding Subchapter H-1 to read as follows: [ADDED: SUBCHAPTER H-1. ][ADDED: ][ADDED: DISTRIBUTION OF HOOKAHS] [ADDED: Sec. 161.095. DEFINITIONS.
