A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the Texas Flood Recovery, Reimbursement, and Reconstruction Program; authorizing a civil penalty. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Subtitle B, Title 4, Government Code, is amended by adding Chapter 419A to read as follows: [ADDED: CHAPTER 419A. ][ADDED: ][ADDED: TEXAS FLOOD RECOVERY, REIMBURSEMENT, AND ] [ADDED: RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM] [ADDED: SUBCHAPTER A. ][ADDED: ][ADDED: GENERAL PROVISIONS] [ADDED: Sec. 419A.001. DEFINITIONS.
