A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the creation of the office of state special prosecutor. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Subtitle C, Title 2, Government Code, is amended by adding Chapter 42A to read as follows: [ADDED: CHAPTER 42A. ][ADDED: ][ADDED: STATE SPECIAL PROSECUTOR] [ADDED: Sec.][ADDED: ][ADDED: 42A.001.][ADDED: ][ADDED: ][ADDED: OFFICE.
