89(2) HR 30 - Enrolled version - Bill Text H.R. No. 30 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, The Metrocrest Hospital Authority in Carrollton is celebrating the 50th anniversary of its founding on October 8, 2025; and WHEREAS, Established by the City of Farmers Branch in 1975, the Metrocrest Hospital Authority is dedicated to fostering a strong health care system that meets the needs of patients across the region; the organization serves the communities of North Dallas, Farmers Branch, Carrollton, Coppell, Addison, and The Colony through several facilities, including Carrollton Regional Medical Center; and WHEREAS, Over the past half century, the Metrocrest Hospital Authority has successfully leveraged resources and partnerships to provide education, prevention, early detection, and treatment programs that are designed to improve outcomes for patients at every stage of life; it has benefited from the leadership of its executive team and volunteer board, who offer a range of experience and insight in service of the organization's mission; and WHEREAS, Since its inception, the Metrocrest Hospital Authority has made vital contributions to the health and well-being of countless patients in North Texas, and it is indeed a privilege to join in honoring the organization on this important milestone in its history; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas Legislature, 2nd Called Session, hereby commemorate the 50th …
