89(2) SR 40 - Enrolled version - Bill Text SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 40 WHEREAS, Emma Salas, a student at The University of Texas, has distinguished herself in her responsibilities as a legislative intern in the office of State Senator Brent Hagenbuch during the 1st Called Session of the 89th Texas Legislature; and WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Ms. Salas has provided vital assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks, including helping with the office's communications, social media, and project production, and she has demonstrated exceptional adaptability and professionalism; in addition to gaining valuable experience in the field of public service, she has learned more about the legislative process and the issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State; and WHEREAS, Emma Salas has performed her duties as a legislative intern with skill and dedication, and she is indeed deserving of special recognition for her fine work; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 89th Legislature, 2nd Called Session, hereby commend Emma Salas for her service as a legislative intern in the office of State Senator Brent Hagenbuch and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success in all her endeavors; and, be it further RESOLVED, That an official copy of this Resolution be prepared for Ms. Salas as an expression of …
