89(2) HR 93 - Enrolled version - Bill Text H.R. No. 93 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, Sara Van Dusen of Killeen is being inducted into the U.S. Army Operational Testers' Hall of Fame at Fort Hood on August 15, 2025; and WHEREAS, Established in 1994, the hall of fame is sponsored by the U.S. Army Operational Test Command, and it honors service members and civilians who have distinguished themselves in the field of operational testing; these outstanding professionals have played an instrumental role in evaluating the effectiveness of various military systems and equipment, ensuring that soldiers have access to the best possible tools in both training and combat conditions; and WHEREAS, Ms. Van Dusen began her career in operational testing in 1984, and over the years, she has been recognized for her groundbreaking work in multiple test directorates; she has also mentored numerous other professionals in the field and helped to shape the Operational Test Command's methods for conducting tests and communicating results; she retired from OTC in 2021, after more than four and a half decades of exemplary service; and WHEREAS, Through her professionalism, technical expertise, and commitment to excellence, Sara Van Dusen has significantly contributed to the mission of the U.S. Army, and it is a pleasure to join in honoring her for her many achievements; now, therefore, be it …
