89(2) HR 150 - Enrolled version - Bill Text H.R. No. 150 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, Austin Regional Clinic is celebrating its 45th anniversary in 2025; and WHEREAS, Established in 1980 by family practitioner Norman H. Chenven, M.D., Austin Regional Clinic offers comprehensive health care in Austin and nearby communities; through the years, it has expanded to 35 locations in 15 cities, becoming one of the largest multispecialty group practices in Central Texas; and WHEREAS, Today, Austin Regional Clinic employs more than 450 physicians and clinicians who provide care in family medicine, internal medicine, and pediatrics, as well as in such specialty areas as general surgery, orthopedics, and cardiology; as ARC continues to grow, it is slated to open new locations by 2026 to offer improved access to its services; and WHEREAS, Over the past four and a half decades, Austin Regional Clinic has provided compassionate professional care to countless residents of Central Texas, and it is indeed deserving of recognition on the occasion of this significant milestone in its history; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas Legislature, 2nd Called Session, hereby commemorate the 45th anniversary of Austin Regional Clinic and extend to its management and staff sincere best wishes for the future; and, be it further RESOLVED, That an official copy of this …
