AN ACT ENTITLED "An Act relating to a health care insurance policy incentive program; relating to health care services; and providing for an effective date." BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: * Section 1. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to read: SHORT TITLE. This Act may be known as the Alaska Health Care Consumer's Right to Shop Act. * Sec. 2. AS 21.36.100 is amended to read: Sec. 21.36.100. Rebates.
