An Act To Be Entitled AN ACT TO AMEND THE CHARITABLE BINGO AND RAFFLES ENABLING ACT; TO PROHIBIT RAFFLES TO PROVIDE FUNDING FOR A STUDENT-ATHLETE UNDER THE ARKANSAS STUDENTATHLETE PUBLICITY RIGHTS ACT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. Subtitle TO AMEND THE CHARITABLE BINGO AND RAFFLES ENABLING ACT; AND TO PROHIBIT RAFFLES TO PROVIDE FUNDING FOR A STUDENT-ATHLETE UNDER THE ARKANSAS STUDENT-ATHLETE PUBLICITY RIGHTS ACT. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. Arkansas Code Title 23, Chapter 114, Subchapter 4, is amended to add an additional section to read as follows: 23-114-410. Prohibition on raffles for student-athlete funding.
