An Act To Be Entitled AN ACT T0 CREATE THE TECHNOLOGY AND ENERGY FOR SUSTAINABLE LOGISTICS ACT (TESLA); TO ADD ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATIONS TO THE DEFINITION OF "CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE" WITH RESPECT TO CRIMINAL OFFENSES RELATED TO DAMAGE OR DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. Subtitle TO CREATE THE TECHNOLOGY AND ENERGY FOR SUSTAINABLE LOGISTICS ACT (TESLA); AND TO ADD ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATIONS TO THE DEFINITION OF "CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE". BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. DO NOT CODIFY. This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Technology and Energy for Sustainable Logistics Act (TESLA)". SECTION 2.
