An Act To Be Entitled AN ACT TO AMEND THE USED TIRE RECYCLING AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT; TO CREATE THE TIRE MANAGEMENT AND RECYCLING ACT; TO REPEAL THE USED TIRE RECYCLING FUND; TO CREATE THE WASTE TIRE ABATEMENT FUND; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
