An Act To Be Entitled AN ACT TO AMEND THE LAW CONCERNING USED MOTOR VEHICLES BUYERS PROTECTION; TO AMEND THE LAW CONCERNING THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR A WHOLESALE USED MOTOR VEHICLE DEALER'S LICENSE OR RETAIL USED MOTOR VEHICLE DEALER'S LICENSE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. Subtitle TO AMEND THE LAW CONCERNING USED MOTOR VEHICLES BUYERS PROTECTION; AND TO AMEND THE LAW CONCERNING THE USED MOTOR VEHICLE DEALER'S LICENSE APPLICATION PROCESS. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. Arkansas Code § 23-112-601 is amended to read as follows: 23-112-601. Necessity for regulation -- Legislative findings -- Legislative declaration.
