An Act To Be Entitled AN ACT TO AMEND THE LAW CONCERNING EDUCATION SERVICE COOPERATIVES, PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICTS, AND OPENENROLLMENT PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOLS; TO AMEND PROVISIONS OF THE ARKANSAS CODE TO MODIFY THE ACCOUNTABILITY SYSTEMS DEVELOPED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION FOR EDUCATION SERVICE COOPERATIVES, PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICTS, AND OPEN-ENROLLMENT PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOLS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
