An Act To Be Entitled AN ACT TO AMEND THE ARKANSAS OPPORTUNITY PUBLIC SCHOOL CHOICE ACT; TO AMEND THE PUBLIC SCHOOL CHOICE ACT OF 2015; TO CLARIFY THAT A STUDENT MAY TRANSFER BETWEEN SCHOOLS WITHIN THE STUDENT'S RESIDENT DISTRICT UNDER THE ARKANSAS OPPORTUNITY PUBLIC SCHOOL CHOICE ACT AND THE PUBLIC SCHOOL CHOICE ACT OF 2015; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. Subtitle TO AMEND THE ARKANSAS OPPORTUNITY PUBLIC SCHOOL CHOICE ACT; AND TO AMEND THE PUBLIC SCHOOL CHOICE ACT OF 2015. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: SECTION 1.
