An Act To Be Entitled AN ACT TO MAKE AN APPROPRIATION FOR CONSTRUCTION EXPENSES OF A POLICE STATION FACILITY AT THE UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS AT PINE BLUFF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2026; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. Subtitle AN ACT FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS AT PINE BLUFF - POLICE STATION FACILITY CONSTRUCTION APPROPRIATION FOR THE 20252026 FISCAL YEAR. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION - POLICE STATION FACILITY CONSTRUCTION. There is hereby appropriated, to the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, to be payable from the cash fund deposited in the State Treasury as determined by the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State, for construction expenses of a police station facility at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, the following: ITEM FISCAL YEAR NO. 2025-2026 (01) CONSTRUCTION EXPENSES OF A POLICE STATION FACILITY $3,000,000 SECTION 2.
