An Act To Be Entitled AN ACT TO AMEND THE LAW CONCERNING STATE ACCOUNTING AND BUDGETARY PROCEDURE; TO AMEND THE LAW CONCERNING STATE-OWNED MOTOR VEHICLES; TO AMEND THE LAW CONCERNING PUBLIC PROPERTY; TO AMEND THE AUTOMOBILE AND PICKUP TRUCK ACQUISITION ACT FOR THE STATE OF ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. Subtitle TO AMEND THE LAW CONCERNING STATE-OWNED MOTOR VEHICLES; TO AMEND THE LAW CONCERNING PUBLIC PROPERTY; AND TO AMEND THE AUTOMOBILE AND PICKUP TRUCK ACQUISITION ACT FOR THE STATE OF ARKANSAS. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. Arkansas Code § 19-4-906(a)(3), concerning authorizations and restrictions related to passenger motor vehicle limits of certain state entities, is amended to add an additional subdivision to read as follows: (144) Department of Shared Administrative Services SECTION 2. Arkansas Code § 19-4-907 is amended to read as follows: 19-4-907. Motor vehicle records.
