An Act To Be Entitled AN ACT TO TRANSFER FUNDS; DEFINE THE MONIES TO BE AVAILABLE IN THE RESTRICTED RESERVE FUND; AND TO ALLOW THAT ADDITIONAL FUNDS MAY BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR STATE DEPARTMENTS, AGENCIES, AND INSTITUTIONS; TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. Subtitle AN ACT TO TRANSFER FUNDS; DEFINE THE MONIES TO BE AVAILABLE IN THE RESTRICTED RESERVE FUND; AND ALLOW ADDITIONAL FUNDS TO BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR STATE DEPARTMENTS, AGENCIES AND INSTITUTIONS; AND TO DECLARE AND EMERGENCY. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. DO NOT CODIFY. Legislative findings -- Nonseverability.
