Richardson HOUSE RESOLUTION TO RECOGNIZE AND HONOR ZETA PHI BETA SORORITY, INCORPORATED AND PHI BETA SIGMA FRATERNITY, INC., FOR THEIR CONTRIBUTIONS TO THEIR COMMUNITIES, THE STATE OF ARKANSAS, THE NATION, AND THE WORLD. Subtitle TO RECOGNIZE AND HONOR ZETA PHI BETA SORORITY, INCORPORATED AND PHI BETA SIGMA FRATERNITY, INC., FOR THEIR CONTRIBUTIONS TO THEIR COMMUNITIES, THE STATE OF ARKANSAS, THE NATION, AND THE WORLD.
