An Act To Be Entitled AN ACT TO MAKE AN APPROPRIATION FOR A GRANT TO THE VETERANS COUNCIL OF NW ARKANSAS BY THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2027; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. Subtitle AN ACT FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS APPROPRIATION FOR THE 2026-2027 FISCAL YEAR. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION - VETERANS COUNCIL OF NW ARKANSAS - GRANT. There is hereby appropriated, to the Department of Veterans Affairs, to be payable from the cash fund deposited in the State Treasury as determined by the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State, for a grant to the Veterans Council of NW Arkansas for costs associated with the construction, renovation, upgrade and expansion of the Veterans Wall of Honor in Bella Vista, Arkansas for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027, the following: ITEM FISCAL YEAR NO. 2026-2027 (01) CONSTRUCTION, RENOVATION, UPGRADE AND EXPANSION OF THE VETERANS WALL OF HONOR $400,000 SECTION 2. SPECIAL LANGUAGE. NOT TO BE INCORPORATED INTO THE ARKANSAS *BSS063* 04/21/2026 10:01:37 AM BSS063 HB1102 CODE NOR PUBLISHED SEPARATELY AS SPECIAL, LOCAL AND TEMPORARY LAW. FUND TRANSFER.
