State of Arkansas 95th General Assembly Fiscal Session, 2026 HR 1024 By: Representative Puryear HOUSE RESOLUTION TO RECOGNIZE THE ELKINS HIGH SCHOOL ELKS AS THE 2025 CLASS 4A FOOTBALL STATE CHAMPIONS. Subtitle TO RECOGNIZE THE ELKINS HIGH SCHOOL ELKS AS THE 2025 CLASS 4A FOOTBALL STATE CHAMPIONS.
