State of Arkansas 95th General Assembly Fiscal Session, 2026 HMR 1002 By: Representative Pilkington HOUSE MEMORIAL RESOLUTION TO REMEMBER REPRESENTATIVE STANLEY JACK "STAN" BERRY FOR HIS SERVICE TO HIS COMMUNITY AND TO THE STATE OF ARKANSAS. Subtitle TO REMEMBER REPRESENTATIVE STANLEY JACK "STAN" BERRY FOR HIS SERVICE TO HIS COMMUNITY AND TO THE STATE OF ARKANSAS. WHEREAS, Representative Stanley Jack "Stan" Berry, of Dover, Arkansas, passed away at the age of seventy-one (71) on Monday, March 23, 2026; and WHEREAS, Representative Stan Berry was born to Jack Berry and Elaine Churchill Berry on May 20, 1954, in Dover, Arkansas; and WHEREAS, Representative Stan Berry was dedicated to public service throughout the course of his entire life, serving in the National Guard as well as on the Dover School Board, the Dover City Council, the Tri-County Water Commission, and the Pope County 911 Board; and WHEREAS, Representative Stan Berry served his community as a charter member of the Dover Lions Club for more than thirty-seven (37) years, where he was a Melvin Jones Fellow; and WHEREAS, for his efforts to support and grow his local community, the Dover Chamber of Commerce lauded Representative Stan Berry as Citizen of the Year and awarded him the Good Samaritan Award; and *ZRC172* 04/09/2026 10:02:58 AM ZRC172 HMR1002 WHEREAS, Representative Stan Berry was a faithful …
