An act REQUIRING AIRPORTS TO IMPLEMENT NOISE MITIGATION PROGRAMS AND OTHER NOISE REDUCING MEASURES. Assembly convened: That title 15 of the general statutes be amended to require certain airports to implement noise mitigation programs and other noise reducing measures for the benefit of homes and businesses within a certain radius of such airport that are exposed to significant noise from aircraft operations. Statement of Purpose: To improve the quality of life for residents and businesses near airports by reducing noise impacts from aircraft operations. LCO No. 3011 1 of.
