An act CONCERNING VOTER REGISTRATION DEADLINES AND EARLY VOTING AT PRIMARIES AND SPECIAL ELECTIONS. Assembly convened: That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to provide that (1) at any election, the day immediately preceding such election shall be the final day at which a person is allowed to register to become an elector, and (2) at any primary or special election, early voting shall only be available on the Wednesday through Saturday immediately preceding such primary or special election. Statement of Purpose: To modify the voter registration deadline prior to elections and limit th.
