CONCEPCION, 4th Dist. RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF DENNIS C. MURPHY OF BRIDGEPORT TO BE REAPPOINTED A MEMBER OF THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION ARBITRATION PANEL. Resolved by this Assembly: That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Dennis C. Murphy of Bridgeport, to be reappointed a member of the State Department of Education Arbitration Panel, as a neutral arbitrator, to serve a term ending June 30, 2028, or until a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer, is hereby approved and confirmed.
