Johnson, Osienski, Romer, Snyder-Hall, Vanderwende, Yearick DELAWARE STATE SENATE 153rd GENERAL ASSEMBLY SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 208 CONGRATULATING THE CLASS OF 2025 EAGLE SCOUTS FOR HAVING ATTAINED THE HIGHEST RANK ONE CAN EARN IN SCOUTING AMERICA.
