An act relating to Okeechobee Utility Authority, Okeechobee County; providing for the conveyance of specified lands to the Okeechobee Utility Authority; providing an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: Section 1. The Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund shall convey to the Okeechobee Utility Authority the lands in Okeechobee in fee simple, consisting of the following described parcel. A parcel of land lying within Sections 26, 27, 34, and 35, Township 36 South, Range 35 East, Okeechobee County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 34, thence bear South 02°03'31" West along the East line of said Section 34, a distance of 3485.82 feet to the Point of Beginning (Northwesterly right-of-way line of Cemetery Road, old abandoned F.E.L.
