An act relating to the Ave Maria Stewardship Community District, Collier County; amending chapter 2004-461, Laws of Florida, as amended; revising the boundaries of the district; revising provisions relating to revenue collections and to systems, facilities, and services; providing an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: Section 1. Subsection (2), paragraph (a) of subsection (22), and subsection (24) of section 4 of chapter 2004-461, Laws of Florida, as amended by chapter 2023-333, Laws of Florida, are amended to read: Section 4. Disposition of sections 2 and 3; legal description; exclusive charter of the Ave Maria Stewardship Community District.— (2) LEGAL DESCRIPTION.
