Senate Floor Amend 1 AM 47 0162 MOOT Senators Setzler of the 37th, Rhett of the 33rd, Esteves of the 35th, and Kirkpatrick of the 32nd offered the following amendment #1: Amend HB 858 (LC 47 3612) by inserting following "law." on line 32 the following: The chief assistant solicitor, all deputy assistant solicitors, and all assistant solicitors shall be entitled to any other compensation or salary increases as provided for by law as well as any cost-of-living increase or merit increase provided to county employees by the governing authority of Cobb County.
