A RESOLUTION Honoring the life and memory of Claire Ann Bartlett; and for other purposes. WHEREAS, the State of Georgia mourns the loss of one of its most distinguished citizens with the passing of Claire Ann Bartlett on December 13, 2025; and WHEREAS, Claire Ann Bartlett was born on June 18, 1963, in Torrence, California, a beloved daughter of Peggy and Loris Sinanian; and WHEREAS, she was united in love and marriage to her husband, Darrell Bartlett, and was blessed with three remarkable children, Ben, Joseph, and Patrick; and two wonderful grandchildren, Isla and Eden; and WHEREAS, Claire Ann Bartlett has diligently and conscientiously devoted innumerable hours of her time, talents, and energy toward the betterment of her community and state as evidenced dramatically by her superlative service as founder of Fulton County Republican Women, her dedicated work as Precinct Chairman, House District Chairman, and Executive Director of the Fulton County Republican Party, and her outstanding leadership with Georgia's National Right to Life affiliate and Georgia Life Alliance; and S. R. LC 129 0527 WHEREAS, Claire Ann Bartlett further served her community when she was appointed to the board of the Georgia Commission for Service and Volunteerism by Governor Nathan Deal, in 2013; and WHEREAS, she gave inspiration to many through her high ideals, morals, and deep concern for her …
