A RESOLUTION Recognizing Mr. Eric Wilmarth and dedicating a roundabout in his honor; and for other purposes. WHEREAS, Mr. Eric Wilmarth has long been recognized by the citizens of this state for the vital role that he has played in leadership and his deep personal commitment to the welfare of the citizens of Georgia; and WHEREAS, he has diligently and conscientiously devoted innumerable hours of his time, talents, and energy toward the betterment of his community and state as evidenced dramatically by his superlative service as the Ball Ground City Manager; and WHEREAS, Mr. Wilmarth's significant organizational and leadership talents, remarkable patience and diplomacy, keen sense of vision, and sensitivity to the needs of the citizens of this state have earned him the respect and admiration of his colleagues and associates; and WHEREAS, under his management, Ball Ground was able to revitalize the sewer systems, supporting both economic and environmental sustainability, while never utilizing the powers of eminent domain; and H. R. 1584 LC 39 5031 WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that this remarkable and distinguished Georgian be recognized appropriately by dedicating a roundabout in his honor.
