A RESOLUTION Recognizing and commending Hands of Hope Clinic; and for other purposes. WHEREAS, Hands of Hope Clinic, located in Stockbridge, is the only charitable medical, dental, and mental health clinic in Henry County, providing comprehensive care to uninsured and underserved residents; and WHEREAS, founded in 2004 by Janet Turner, Hands of Hope Clinic was established through a vision of compassion and community service and has grown into a vital healthcare resource for individuals and families in need; and WHEREAS, approximately 10 percent of residents in Henry County lack health insurance, representing tens of thousands of individuals who face barriers to accessing essential healthcare services; and WHEREAS, Hands of Hope Clinic proudly serves residents across all municipalities within Henry County, including McDonough, Stockbridge, Locust Grove, and Hampton, ensuring access to quality healthcare throughout the county; and H.
