A RESOLUTION Recognizing and commending Townsend and Lockett, LLC, for its exemplary contributions to business law and economic leadership in the State of Georgia; and for other purposes. WHEREAS, Townsend & Lockett, LLC (T&L) is a full-service business law firm founded and headquartered in the State of Georgia, with additional offices in Dallas, Texas; Los Angeles, California; and Chicago, Illinois; and WHEREAS, T&L was founded by D. Tennell Lockett and Travis Townsend, Jr., whose vision, leadership, and commitment to excellence have driven the firm's growth and national recognition; and WHEREAS, under the leadership of its founders and equity partner Christopher E.
