A RESOLUTION Recognizing and commending Bob Blackburn; and for other purposes. WHEREAS, Bob Blackburn has long been recognized by the citizens of this state for the vital role that he has played in leadership and his deep personal commitment to the welfare of the citizens of Georgia; and WHEREAS, he has diligently and conscientiously devoted innumerable hours of his time, talents, and energy toward the betterment of his community and state, as evidenced dramatically by his nearly 14 years of superlative service as Coweta County District Commissioner, completing four terms on the Board of Commissioners; and WHEREAS, during his exemplary tenure, Coweta County experienced one of the most transformative periods of growth in its modern history, with expanding residential, commercial, and industrial development reshaping the community; and WHEREAS, he has contributed to significant initiatives and improvements throughout the county, including enhancements to the Walt Sanders Road railroad crossing, the construction of the county's administrative building, efforts to stabilize the county pension fund, and the revitalization of the Madras Center; and H.
