A RESOLUTION Recognizing and commending Jennifer Boger for her distinguished career in public service and her time in the Georgia State Senate Budget and Evaluation Office; and for other purposes. WHEREAS, Jennifer Boger has devoted an extraordinary 35-year career to public service, specializing in budgetary and financial analysis across many governmental institutions; and WHEREAS, she began her career with the Pennsylvania State Treasury Department as an accounting assistant from 1991 to 1997, establishing her strong foundation in fiscal responsibility and public finance; and WHEREAS, she continued her service with the Pennsylvania Senate Appropriations Committee as a budget analyst from 2000 to 2010, later advancing to senior budget analyst and continuing her work with the Pennsylvania Independent Fiscal Office; and WHEREAS, her leadership was further demonstrated in her role as director of budget and financial management with the Pennsylvania Auditor General from 2015 to 2019; and S.
