A RESOLUTION Recognizing and commending Debrah Georges; and for other purposes. WHEREAS, Debrah Georges is an Antiguan American community leader, civic advocate, and public servant whose dedication to service has positively impacted communities throughout Georgia for more than two decades; and WHEREAS, Debrah Georges has devoted her life to strengthening communities through civic engagement, cultural preservation, volunteerism, and leadership; serving as a consistent advocate for increasing community participation in the democratic process; and creating opportunities for diverse voices to be heard and represented; and WHEREAS, throughout her years of service, she has held leadership positions within numerous community and civic organizations, helping to advance initiatives focused on education, voter engagement, cultural awareness, and community development; and WHEREAS, her commitment to public service has extended to grassroots organizing, political engagement, and community outreach efforts that have helped empower individuals and strengthen neighborhoods across Georgia; and H.
