A RESOLUTION Recognizing and commending Anna Nalley; and for other purposes. WHEREAS, while completing her senior year at Vidalia Heritage Academy, Anna Nalley enrolled in an Emergency Medical Technician certification program through Southeastern Technical College, demonstrating an early commitment to serving others; and WHEREAS, despite being the youngest student in her EMT program, Anna Nalley distinguished herself through her confidence, maturity, and willingness to embrace both the challenges of a demanding healthcare environment and the increased workload of dual enrollment; and WHEREAS, she completed 94 hours of clinical experience, gaining valuable hands-on exposure to emergency medical services and patient care while developing the skills necessary to serve those in need; and WHEREAS, through diligence, perseverance, and dedication to excellence, she earned certification as a Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician and graduated from Vidalia Heritage Academy with honors and distinction; and H.
