A RESOLUTION Recognizing and commending the Honorable Sylvester Adinam Mensah for his distinguished leadership, public service, and contributions to economic development and international trade; and for other purposes. WHEREAS, the Honorable Sylvester Adinam Mensah is an accomplished finance professional, former senior banker, legislator, educator, and public sector executive whose career has been marked by exemplary leadership and dedication to public service; and WHEREAS, he currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Export-Import Bank (Ghana EXIM Bank), where he provides strategic leadership in advancing Ghana's economic growth through export development, industrialization, and business financing initiatives; and WHEREAS, under his leadership, Ghana EXIM Bank has strengthened opportunities for trade, investment, and economic cooperation, including fostering business relationships between the Republic of Ghana and the State of Georgia that promote mutual prosperity and commercial exchange; and H.
