SJ0062LRB104 21287 ECR 36044 r SJ0062 LRB104 21287 ECR 36044 r SJ0062 LRB104 21287 ECR 36044 r SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION WHEREAS, It is highly fitting that the Illinois General Assembly pays honor and respect to truly great individuals who have served our country and, in doing so, have made the ultimate sacrifice for our nation; and WHEREAS, Sergeant Timothy D. Sayne, the son of Mary "Kathy" Even Sayne and Robert Sayne, was born in Henderson, Kentucky on November 28, 1979; he graduated from Effingham High School; he married Thania Agustin in Reno, Nevada on October 17, 2009; and WHEREAS, Sgt. Sayne began serving in the United States Army in 2008; he was stationed in Alaska, and he was assigned to B Troop, 5-1 Calvary, 1/25 Stryker Brigade Combat Team (SBCT), 25th Infantry Division; and WHEREAS, Sgt. Sayne was killed in action during an insurgent attack in Shah Wali Kot, Kandahar Province, Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom on September 18, 2011; and WHEREAS, Sgt.
