HR1036LRB104 22941 ECR 39395 r HR1036 LRB104 22941 ECR 39395 r HR1036 LRB104 22941 ECR 39395 r HOUSE RESOLUTION WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives wish to congratulate Michael "Mike" Kreloff on the occasion of his 80th birthday on September 24, 2026; and WHEREAS, Mike Kreloff was born at Grant Hospital in Chicago; he is a lifelong Illinoisan who has called Edgewater, Skokie, Rogers Park, Northfield, and Northbrook his home; and WHEREAS, Mike Kreloff received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois in 1968, and he graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1971, building upon a foundation of civic engagement rooted in his involvement in the 1960s peace movement during his college years; and WHEREAS, Across more than 50 years of political activism, organizing, and election law, Mike Kreloff has worked on landmark campaigns ranging from those of Eugene McCarthy, Harold Washington, and Paul Simon to that of Barack Obama; and WHEREAS, Mike Kreloff was instrumental in People v.
