HR1041LRB104 23423 MST 39900 r HR1041 LRB104 23423 MST 39900 r HR1041 LRB104 23423 MST 39900 r HOUSE RESOLUTION RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE HUNDRED FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that the Auditor General is directed to conduct a performance audit concerning State funds provided to or administered for the benefit of Chicago Public Schools that are used, directly or indirectly, to support interscholastic athletics, athletic administration, athletic personnel, officials, coaches, athletic directors, equipment, transportation, athletic trainers, facilities, or other athletic-program expenses; and be it further RESOLVED, That the audit shall include, but need not be limited to, the following determinations: (1) The amount and source of State funds provided to Chicago Public Schools during the most recent three fiscal years that were available or specifically designated for athletic programs, student activities, extracurricular programs, personnel, transportation, or other expenditures supporting Chicago Public League athletics; (2) The manner in which the Illinois State Board of Education monitors, accounts for, or otherwise oversees the expenditure of State funds that may be used by Chicago Public Schools for those purposes; (3) Whether State funds subject to restrictions, grant HR1041- 2 -LRB104 23423 MST 39900 r HR1041 - 2 - LRB104 23423 MST 39900 r HR1041 - 2 - LRB104 23423 MST 39900 r conditions, reporting requirements, …
