HR1055LRB104 23496 RMO 39976 r HR1055 LRB104 23496 RMO 39976 r HR1055 LRB104 23496 RMO 39976 r HOUSE RESOLUTION WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Charissa Helena (Bilotto) Berrini of New Lenox, formerly of Blue Island, who passed away on September 6, 2026; and WHEREAS, Charissa Berrini, the daughter of Carmine Bilotto and the late Irene Bilotto, was born in Blue Island on September 9, 1987; she was baptized at St. Donatus Catholic Church and attended St. Isidore Catholic School in Blue Island; she attended Dwight D. Eisenhower High School, where she played basketball and played as well as coached tennis, earning a place in the school's Hall of Fame and graduating in 2005; she earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Saint Xavier University, a master's degree in administrative leadership from Governors State University, and a doctorate in educational leadership from Northern Illinois University; she married Gino Berrini at St. Donatus Catholic Church on June 28, 2014; and WHEREAS, Charissa Berrini's career in Thornton Township High School District 205 began in 2013; she taught mathematics at Thornwood High School, was named division leader of mathematics and business at Thornridge High School in 2020, and became assistant principal of curriculum and instruction HR1055- 2 -LRB104 23496 RMO 39976 r …
