*HR1521* Introduced Version HOUSE RESOLUTION No. ___ Introduced by: Steuerwald ____________________________________ A HOUSE RESOLUTION honoring Representative Shane Lindauer. Whereas, Representative Shane Lindauer, who was appointed to fill the seat of Governor Mike Braun for House District 63 in 2017, will be leaving the House Chamber for the last time at the end of the 2026 legislative session; Whereas, Representative Lindauer received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Supervision Technology from Indiana State University, as well as a Doctor of Chiropractic and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Sciences from Logan College of Chiropractic; Whereas, In addition to his work at the Statehouse, Representative Lindauer operates a small business, is a proud member of the Redemption Christian Church, and is married to HR 1521/DI 140 2026 his wife Stacy. They live in Jasper with their two sons, Tyler and Colton; Whereas, During his nine years of service in the Indiana House of Representatives, Representative Lindauer has served as Chair of the Natural Resources Committee and as a member of the Roads and Transportation Committee; Whereas, Throughout his career as a public servant, Representative Lindauer has been an advocate for and supporter of Indiana's small businesses, and he authored new legislation designed to promote local businesses, earning him a Guardian of Small Business award from the National Federation of Independent …
