MISHLER, BRAY , read first time and referred to Committee on 2026 RR 3517/DI JR Introduced Second Regular Session 124th General Assembly (2026) SENATE RESOLUTION ____ MR. PRESIDENT: I offer the following resolution and move its adoption: A SENATE RESOLUTION honoring Dan Huge upon his retirement. Whereas, Serving most recently as Public Finance Director for the Indiana Finance Authority until his retirement on January 2, 2026, Dan Huge has devoted decades toward strengthening Indiana's financial foundation; Whereas, During his time with the Indiana Finance Authority, Huge was integral in helping the state maintain its AAA bond credit rating; Whereas, Prior to joining the Indiana Finance Authority, Huge worked as the Chief Financial Officer for the Capital Improvement Board of Managers (CIB) of Marion County, which owns Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Victory Field, and both owns and operates Lucas Oil Stadium and the Indiana Convention Center; Whereas, Huge also served as the Executive Director for the Indiana Bond Bank, which issues long- and short-term debt obligations for local units of government, schools, and libraries in Indiana; and 2026 RR 3517/DI JR Whereas, Throughout his career, Huge remained focused on serving Indiana by securing the best possible financing outcomes for communities across the state: Therefore, …
