A BILL FOR An Act to designate March 3 of each year as Triple Negative Breast Cancer Action and Awareness Day. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA: TLSB 1818YH (3) lh/ko H.F. Section 1. NEW SECTION. 1C.18 Triple Negative Breast Cancer Action and Awareness Day. The governor of this state is hereby authorized and requested to issue annually a proclamation designating the third day of March as Triple Negative Breast Cancer Action and Awareness Day. EXPLANATION The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with the explanation's substance by the members of the general assembly. This bill designates March 3 of each year as Triple Negative Breast Cancer Action and Awareness Day. This designation does not make March 3 a state holiday. LSB 1818YH (3) -1- lh/ko 1/1
