A Resolution recognizing the Hoover Uncommon Public Service Award winner for 2025, Representative Kenan Judge. WHEREAS, Herbert Hoover was both a visionary and dedicated public servant and through his tireless efforts, millions of lives were saved in the years after World War I; and WHEREAS, to honor that spirit of public service, the Herbert Hoover Presidential Library Association has created the Hoover Uncommon Public Service Award; and WHEREAS, the association annually presents the Hoover Uncommon Public Service Award to Iowa legislators who exemplify President Hoover's humanitarian efforts and have gone above and beyond the call of duty to demonstrate uncommon service and commitment to the people of Iowa; and WHEREAS, in 2025, the association awarded the 19th annual Hoover Uncommon Public Service Award to Representative Kenan Judge of Waukee, Iowa; and WHEREAS, Representative Judge has continually shown his commitment to the principles of the Hoover legacy by working tirelessly for the betterment of his community and the people of Iowa; and WHEREAS, Representative Judge has selflessly pursued prosperity, education, and health for all Iowans; and WHEREAS, Representative Judge's dedication to public service, integrity, and excellence in community leadership has made him an inspiration to the people of LSB 2966YH (2) -1- ss/jh 1/2 H.R.
