A Concurrent Resolution providing for a joint convention for the Condition of the Judiciary Address. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, THE SENATE CONCURRING, That a joint convention of the two houses of the 2026 session of the Ninety-first General Assembly be held on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Chief Justice Susan Christensen be invited to present her message of the condition of the judicial branch at this convention, and recommend such matters as the Chief Justice deems appropriate, pursuant to section 602.1207 of the Code of Iowa. -1- LSB 8501HQ (1) 91 1/1
