A RESOLUTION adjourning the Senate in honor and loving memory of Paige "Nikki" Nicole Feltner. WHEREAS, Paige "Nikki" Nicole Feltner was born in Hazard, Kentucky, to Brenda Sue Davidson and the late Utah Feltner; and WHEREAS, Paige "Nikki" Nicole Feltner passed from this earthly life on January 17, 2026; and WHEREAS, Paige "Nikki" Nicole Feltner was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Bobby Cornett, and several aunts and uncles; and WHEREAS, Paige "Nikki" Nicole Feltner is survived by her mother, Brenda Sue (Dexter) Davidson, her grandmother, Martha Greer; her sisters, Paula Bush and Mary Rose (Sherman Collins) Feltner; her niece, Cassaundra Hamblin; her special friend, Shane Turner; and many other family members and friends who will deeply miss her presence in their lives; and NOW, THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: Section 1. The Senate extends its sincere condolences to the family and friends of Paige "Nikki" Nicole Feltner upon her passing. Section 2. When the Senate adjourns this day, it does so in honor and loving memory of Paige "Nikki" Nicole Feltner. Section 3. The Clerk of the Senate is directed to transmit a copy of this Resolution to Senator Brandon Smith for delivery to the family of Paige "Wikki' Nicole Feltneer. XXXX 2/11/2026 3:25 PM Jacketed
