A RESOLUTION adjourning the Senate in loving memory and honor of Robert Conley Young. WHEREAS, Robert Conley Young was a son of the Commonwealth, and a longtime resident of Manchester; and WHEREAS, Robert Conley Young was the loving and beloved son of the late Conley and Lucy Young; and WHEREAS, Robert Conley Young was the loving and beloved husband of Shawn Allen Young; father of Robert "Robbie" Young, Jr., Katelynn (Skyler) Roach, and the late Charles Anthony "Nickie" Young; grandfather of Trenton (Madison), Ryleigh, and Ashley's daughters, Macey and Emma; brother of John Wayne (Debbie) Landrum, Anthony Phil (Teresa) Young, Wanda Lavonne Anderson, Charles Michael (Kay) Young, and Flora Ruth Young; and WHEREAS, Robert Conley Young was completely dedicated to his family; it is evident that he enjoyed every minute in which he was in their company; and WHEREAS, Robert Conley Young was a much beloved and vital member of his home community; and WHEREAS, Robert Conley Young passed from this life on December 14, 2025, leaving those who will deeply mourn their loss, to join those who have passed before him in a joyful reunion; NOW, THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: Section 1.
