A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Elizabeth G. Dinkins to the Education Professional Standards Board. WHEREAS, on September 11, 2025, in accordance with KRS 161.028 and by virtue of Executive Order 2025-574, Governor Andy Beshear appointed Elizabeth G. Dinkins to the Education Professional Standards Board for a term expiring September 10, 2028; and WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and WHEREAS, Elizabeth G. Dinkins has been determined to meet the requirements of KRS 161.028, representing independent colleges and universities; NOW, THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Elizabeth G. Dinkins to the Education Professional Standards Board. Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and notification of its adoption to Elizabeth G. Dinkins of Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky, and to Governor Andy Beshear, 703 Capital Avenue, Room 133, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. XXXX 2/6/2026 11:25 AM Jacketed
